Another lunchtime, another lunch. Whilst waiting in Cornmarket, I took the opportunity of finding out why James Howard was standing in the middle of the road in a wet suit.

Instead, James was publicising his forthcoming swim across the English Channel to raise money for the Footsteps Foundation, a local charity that works to help children and young people with neurological disorders to gain mobility.
