Last Sunday I went to Garsington, famous for its opera and its connection to the Bloomsbury Set through Lady Ottoline Morrell. My objective was a set of painted windows in the parish church, in connection with a small piece of historical detective work, of which more anon.
I found what I was looking for, but also found some amazing views and a very windy day. How do you photograph the wind? My first idea was to take a series of potos in quick succession and then combine them in Photoshop. The result is interesting, but doesn’t quite capture movement in the way I’d hoped.
